Following their crushing victory over Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona have another blockbuster tie awaiting them as they are set to face Real Madrid in their upcoming La Liga game at Santiago Bernabéu.
The Blaugranes were able to exact some revenge over the Bavarians, who had beaten Barcelona several times over the last few years. Now, they will be looking to do the same by dealing a defeat to the Merengues, who are coming into this game having won the last four El Clasicos.
For this purpose, Hansi Flick will have quite a strong squad available, as most of his midfielders have recovered from their respective injuries.
The Catalan giants have announced the squad for this upcoming game, and the only players that remain missing from this list are Marc Andre Ter Stegen, Ronald Araujo, Andreas Christensen, Marc Bernal, Eric Garcia, and Ferran Torres.
The rest of the players have all recovered, including Gavi, Frenkie de Jong, Dani Olmo, and Fermin Lopez, and all of them played in the last game against Bayern Munich. It’s essentially the same squad that faced FC Bayern Munich, though it remains to be seen if Hansi Flick will stick with the same starting XI.
The full squad announced by FC Barcelona is as follows:
Goalkeepers:
Defenders:
Midfielders:
