Official: Barcelona announce defender sale | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have on Friday announced an agreement for the departure of a member of the club’s defensive ranks.

The player primed to depart Catalunya’s capital? Trilli.

Trilli, full name Álvaro Pérez Campo, is a 22-year-old defender, who generally operates at right-back.

The Spaniard has been on the books at Barcelona since back in 2023, and spent this past season plying his trade with the club’s reserve team.

Following Barca Atlètic’s shock relegation, however, speculation had begun to mount of late regarding a potential incoming exit for Trilli.

And as alluded to above, late this week, precisely as much has been announced.

As per a statement across Barcelona’s website and social media platforms:

‘FC Barcelona and Real Valladolid have reached an agreement for the transfer of Álvaro Pérez Trilli. The club reserves a percentage of any future sale of the Galician full-back.

‘The Club wishes him much luck and success in the future, both personally and professionally.’
