Ayoub Amraoui has officially left OGC Nice to join Qatari side Al Ahli SC.

Amraoui began his career at Nice and made his senior debut in July 2021. He made a total of just 12 appearances for the club and spent the past couple of seasons out on loan. In February 2024, he joined Amiens SC on loan and made nine appearances in Ligue 2. He spent the entirety of last season on loan at FC Martigues, also in Ligue 2.

Amraoui made 33 appearances for Martigues, who finished 17th and were relegated. The club has since been administratively relegated to the sixth tier of French football – Régional 1 – by the DNCG.

Amraoui has also represented Morocco at youth level, earning 12 caps for the U21 national team.

Al Ahli finished fourth in the Qatar Stars League last season, and Amraoui will join former PSG attacking midfielder Julian Draxler at the club.
