Sweden international taken off at half-time in win over Wolves
The Sweden international came off at half-time during Newcastle’s win over Wolves last week after complaining of blurred vision.
Isak, who’s only goal this season came during the 2-1 win over Tottenham earlier this month, also took a knock to his foot at Molineux and is a doubt for the trip to Craven Cottage.
Callum Wilson is injured, meaning Anthony Gordon could start up front, albeit young summer signing William Osula is also an option.
The returning Sandro Tonali is also pushing to start in midfield alongside Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton.
Sven Botman and Jamaal Lascelles are long-term absentees.
Newcastle predicted XI: Pope; Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Guimaraes, Joelinton, Willock; Almiron, Gordon, Barnes
Doubts: Isak
Injured: Botman, Lascelles, Wilson
Time and date: 3pm BST today on Saturday 21 September
Venue: Craven Cottage
