Everything you need to know ahead of the next seven days at Manchester City.

The curtain lifts on the 2025/26 Premier League campaign this week as domestic football returns to England’s top-flight.

Pep Guardiola’s side begin our quest for a fifth title in six seasons with a trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday 15 August, with kick-off scheduled for 17:30 (UK).

Elsewhere, our women’s team continue preparations for the upcoming Barclays Women’s Super League campaign which begins in early September.

Here’s the lowdown ahead of a busy week at the Club.

THURSDAY

City Women open training session | City Football Academy | 10:30 (UK)

The Official Man City app and mancity.com will broadcast Andrée Jeglertz ‘s training session live on Thursday which is due to begin at approximately 10:30 (UK).

It will provide another opportunity to see out new signings put through their paces as we our meticulous preparations continue ahead of 2025/26.

Following its conclusion, a video on demand recap will be made available on our digital estate.

FRIDAY

Pep Guardiola press conference | City Football Academy | 13:30 (UK)

The boss will field questions from the media on Friday at 13:30 (UK) to preview our Premier League opener at Wolves.

Not only will Guardiola provide his thoughts on our opponents, but he will also provide all the latest team news before we travel to Molineux.

Following the press conference, written and video recaps will be published on mancity.com and our official app.

SaturDAY

Wolves v City | Premier League | Molineux | 17:30 (UK)

All eyes are then on the West Midlands as we begin our Premier League pursuit.

City lock horns with Wolves on Saturday 16 August, with kick-off scheduled for 17:30 (UK) and, as ever, the Official Man City App will have all bases covered so you can follow all the action from one handy place.

Minute-by-minute text updates will begin in our Matchday Centre two hours before kick-off, while our Matchday Live show will begin at around 16:15 (UK).

Mark Kennedy and Paul Dickov will be the guests on the latest Matchday Live show, offering their expert insight before, during and after the action.
