Matheus Cunha has already hinted that he plans to depart Wolves this summer in search of "the next step" in his career, and Manchester United have now emerged as one of the clubs showing interest.

As reported by TalkSport, the Red Devils are keen on securing Cunha's services, with the Brazilian forward possessing a release clause set at £62.5million.

The 25-year-old has netted 13 goals and provided four assists in a Wolves side that has spent much of the season fighting against relegation.

Cunha was previously linked with a move to Arsenal in January but opted instead to extend his contract at Molineux until 2029.

While Arsenal are still monitoring Cunha, players such as Viktor Gyökeres and Nico Williams of Athletic Bilbao currently rank higher on their list for both a central striker and left-wing options.
