Barcelona star Ferran Torres was not recognised for his efforts in the club’s meeting with Borussia Dortmund with the Man of the Match award.

Frontman Ferran, for his part, is fresh off an outing to remember.

Introduced to proceedings off the bench during Barcelona’s Champions League meeting with the aforementioned Dortmund, the Spanish international went on to prove himself match-winner.

This came by way of a fine brace, enough to guide the Blaugrana to the right side of an eventual 3-2 result.

And yet, as alluded to above, it was another member of Hansi Flick’s squad who was voted the official Man of the Match at Signal Iduna Park.

Shining from his berth on the right flank once more, Lamine Yamal enjoyed a stellar individual display, laying on an assist for the third game in succession.
