Roma sporting director Frederic Massara is in England to carry on talks for several players that the club are targeting in the final days of the summer.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the Giallorossi executive is set to meet with Tyrique George and his entourage to discuss his potential transfer to the capital.

Chelsea, for their part, have already drawn a line: the London club doesn’t want to let him go on loan, but sell him permanently, with a percentage attached for a future resale.

This decision isn’t based on a lack of confidence in the player, but rather on the need to free up other loan slots and the overcrowding on the left flank.
