Marseille deny interest in Tottenham’s Manor Solomon | OneFootball

Contacted by journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Olympique de Marseille have denied that they hold an interest in Tottenham Hotspur forward Manor Solomon (25).

Tavolieri first reported Marseille’s strong interest in the Israel international earlier on Monday. The forward has been key to Leeds United’s promotion back to the Premier League during his productive loan spell with the Yorkshire club. However, his loan does not include a purchase option.

The performances, as per Tavolieri’s report, has elicited the interest of OM and specifically of Roberto De Zerbi, who is a big fan of the player. Whilst there are currently no talks between Tottenham and Marseille regarding the €20m-rated forward, Tavolieri did nonetheless evoke talks between OM and the player. Solomon himself would be very open to making the move to the Vélodrome, amid those reported talks.

However, Tavolieri now reports that, contacted, OM have denied holding an interest in the Tottenham forward.
