Mario Balotelli returns to Italian football with Genoa signing | OneFootball

Genoa have confirmed the signing of Mario Balotelli on a deal until the end of the season.

Balotelli returns to Italian football for the first time since 2021 having spent the past three years in Turkiye and Switzerland.

The 34-year-old saw his deal with Adana Demirspor come to an end over the summer having scored seven goals in 16 appearances for the Super Lig side.

Balotelli now joins a Genoa side who are currently 18th in Serie A having claimed just six points so far this term.
