Marcus Rashford has made his debut for Barcelona, just a few days after joining the Catalan club.

The former Manchester United man has become the first Englishman to play for the Blaugrana since Gary Lineker in the 1980s.

Rashford was given his chance off the bench in Barça's opening pre-season clash with Japanese side Vissel Kobe.

The Three Lions forward came on at half time with the game at 1-1 and was heavily involved early, looking lively down the left-hand side.

He probably should have been awarded a penalty on 70 minutes but the referee waved away his protestations and was then brough off with 10 minutes of the match remaining.
