Marco Silva has refused to be drawn on rumours linking Reiss Nelson with a move back to Fulham this summer.
Arsenal winger Nelson spent last season on loan at Fulham, making 13 appearances in all competitions before suffering a hamstring injury in December that ruled him out for the rest of the campaign.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Silva admitted Nelson was unlucky to have seen his season cut short by injury but said he wouldn't comment on the 25-year-old's future.
"Reiss Nelson was with us last season. He was very unlucky in terms of his injury record last season. Perhaps in his best moment of the season, he had a bad injury that broke the momentum.
"But he's not our player right now, he's an Arsenal player, so I'm not going to talk about players from another club."

Nelson is back to full fitness and travelled with Arsenal on their pre-season tour of Asia, impressing off the bench against AC Milan on Wednesday afternoon.
Fulham are known to like Nelson after his loan spell with the club, and are looking to bring in a winger this summer. He has two years remaining on his Arsenal deal.
Negotiations for the player are ongoing, with the two clubs discussing a loan deal with an option to buy.
The Whites have yet to make a signing this transfer window, with the club's focus so far on contract renewals. In the last month, they have tied down the futures of Tom Cairney, Kenny Tete, and Josh King.
Silva says he understands the fans' frustrations over a lack of signings but insists it hasn't been possible to complete any deals early on in the window.
"Myself as a manager, and all the managers, they would prefer to have the squad almost complete in this stage of the pre-season. Until now, it's not been possible. And I understand the fans.
"But what I can tell them is we are working hard, we haven't started in terms of signings. But we have a lot of business to do in this market."
