Manchester United host Rangers in a Battle of Britain Europa League clash this evening.
Both teams are positioned inside the top eight as things stand and pushing for automatic passage to the Round of 16.
The home side will be looking to respond to Sunday’s setback against Brighton. Ruben Amorim’s side were beaten 3-1 in Manchester, their sixth defeat in 12 home league matches. United, however, are unbeaten in Europe this season and have won each of their last three games in this competition.
Rangers arrive south of the border after a 5-0 thrashing of Fraserburgh in the Scottish Cup. The Gers are unbeaten in seven games, a run that includes a 3-0 Old Firm win over league leaders Celtic.
Marcus Rashford has not featured since December and is unlikely to be recalled this evening. The 27-year-old is in talks over a move away from Old Trafford this month. Antony is also set to be omitted as he nears a loan move to Spanish side Real Betis.
Mason Mount headlines the absentee list for the Red Devils, with Luke Shaw and Jonny Evans also unavailable. Victor Lindelof is not yet ready to return despite resuming first-team training.
Amad Diallo could face his former team after a loan spell at Rangers in 2022.
Manchester United predicted XI: Onana; Yoro, Maguire, Martinez; Mazraoui, Eriksen, Ugarte, Dalot; Diallo, Fernandes; Hojlund
