Lucas Chevalier passes medical ahead of PSG move | OneFootball

Lucas Chevalier (23) has passed his medical ahead of his move to Paris Saint-Germain from Lille, according to a report from Sacha Tavolieri. The French stopper is expected to sign a 5-year contract at the Parc des Princes before being officially unveiled as a new Les Parisiens player.

With Gianluigi Donnarumma’s contract set to expire in 2026 and no agreement yet reached with the Italian international keeper, the UEFA Champions League winners have acted quickly to secure the services of the Lille stopper. PSG will pay €40m, excluding bonuses, to sign Chevalier.

Announcement incoming

As all of the final complexities of the move are nearing completion, the announcement of the 23-year-old’s arrival in the French capital can be expected imminently. Tavolieri understands that the goalkeeper will sign his new contract this afternoon and once the photoshoots and promotional content have finished, he will be announced as PSG’s first summer signing.
