Liverpool could welcome back three key players from injury for the visit of Everton in the Premier League on Wednesday.

Alisson Becker was a doubt for the Merseyside Derby after suffering a suspected concussion while on international duty with Brazil. The goalkeeper left the camp early after he was involved in a clash of heads with Colombia defender Davinson Sanchez.

The 32-year-old has returned to training and faces one last check before he can be cleared to play, but it appears likely he will start against the Toffees.

Conor Bradley could also feature after spending the last month and a half out with a hamstring injury. The 21-year-old right-back has returned to training, a timely boost for Liverpool with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez both on the treatment table.

Ryan Gravenberch pulled out of the Netherlands squad after sustaining a knock during the League Cup final against Newcastle United, but may play a part in the derby for the Reds.

“Ryan Gravenberch is okay, though we have to train one more time,” Arne Slot told his pre-match press conference. “Alisson trains with us as well. The last check has to happen today, to see if he is available to play.

“Conor Bradley is training with us again but we have to make a decision on if he is playing. And if playing means coming in or starting – that is something I keep for myself.

“He has only had a few sessions after being out for quite long with repetitive injuries. So we have to make a smart decision with that.”
