Liverpool are eager to strike a deal and have picked out the right club for it. That's according to reports out of Italy.
Liverpool are trying to strike an incredible number of deals this summer. We've never seen the like.

They've already completed four, in fact. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Caoimhin Kelleher both left for fees, while Jeremie Frimpong and Armin Pecsi have arrived.
There's clearly more to come, too. Florian Wirtz should be a Liverpool player before the week is out, with a medical scheduled for Friday.
The Milos Kerkez should quickly follow. There's even a chance that one gets done before Wirtz, in fact.
Liverpool will not stop there, though. They're still looking for a striker, by all accounts, while they might need to move for a centre-back if things head in certain directions.
Then there are sales. Liverpool will want to move several players on for large fees, both because they're surplus to requirements and because the club need money for further transfers.
So with that in mind, they've got the ball rolling.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims Darwin Nunez has been offered to AC Milan as Liverpool try to find a buyer for the Uruguayan. The Reds are eager to sell their no.9.
They actually rejected an offer back in January, as exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch. That came from Al-Hilal for around £70m.
The Reds simply didn't want to lose a key first-team player mid-season as they challenged for trophies. The money just wasn't worth risking top honours for.
Now there are no such qualms and Liverpool hope to push forward on a deal with someone for Nunez. Every expectation is that he'll leave, with Gazzetta believing the fee would be at least €60m.
