Leeds linked with move for Fotis Ioannidis | OneFootball

Leeds United have been linked with a move for Greek striker Fortis Ioannidis as Daniel Farke looks to add to his attack.

The Whites are already set to sign free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin but may continue to strengthen with the signing of 25-year-old Ioannidis of Panathinaikos.

The striker was previously coveted by Ipswich Town as well as Sporting CP while current Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim was at the club.

According to BBC Sport, Ioannidis is one of the options for the club alongside Norwich City's Josh Sargent.

Since joining Panathinaikos from Levadiakos in 2020, Ioannidis has played 187 times for the club, scoring 51 goals. He also featured for the Greek team in the Champions League qualifiers against Rangers last month but was unable to find the net.
