Premier League title chasers Arsenal may once again find themselves with another injury to negotiate after Leandro Trossard was subbed off for Belgium.

The former Genk academy graduate, who was included in Domenico Tedesco's matchday XI for Les Diables rouges against Israel, was replaced by PSV's Johan Bakayoko in the 37th minute.

The Gunners have already suffered greatly this season under Mikel Arteta in terms of fitness issues, with the likes of Martin Ødegaard, Ben White, Ricardo Calafiori, and Bukayo Saka all missing minutes due to injury.
