Large crowd at open training session | OneFootball

The rain and the less-than-summery temperatures couldn't stop the German record champions' supporters from turning up in force at Säbener Straße on Monday. At the first open training session in preparation for the 2025/26 season, a huge number of fans gave head coach Vincent Kompany's side a warm welcome and got an idea of how FC Bayern are gearing up for the upcoming tasks. 2,400 fans - the maximum allowed at the event - lined the touchline. Players and coaches were clearly delighted with the turnout and took time out after the session to sign plenty of autographs and pose for selfies.

During the 75-minute session, new signing Luis Díaz, Harry Kane and their teammates practised a variety of drills in preparation for their next big test. The German champions host Europa League winners Tottenham Hotspur at the Allianz Arena on Thursday evening (18:30 CEST) and will be looking to build on last Saturday's strong performance against Lyon (2-1).
