Lamine Camara to return for Monaco for key Champions League clash | OneFootball

Lamine Camara (21) is set to return for AS Monaco for the match against Benfica on Wednesday, Adi Hütter has confirmed. The Senegalese midfielder missed out on the defeat to Paris Saint-Germain over the weekend.

Camara, often the first choice to partner captain Denis Zakaria, suffered a minor knee injury during the win over AJ Auxerre the previous week and therefore missed out on the 4-1 defeat to PSG on Friday, however, Hütter has confirmed that he trained normally on Monday, during a press conference, attended by Get French Football News.

Singo out, but…

Wilfried Singo, Jordan Teze, and Folarin Balogun all remain out for Monaco. However, Hütter has alluded to Singo potentially being involved in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League play-off against Benfica next week. “Singo is coming closer and closer to the team. He is maybe a topic in Lisbon [next week]… maybe,” said Hütter.
