According to Tuttosport newspaper, Teun Koopmeiners won’t be available for Juventus against Lazio after the break and is a doubt for the VfB Stuttgart and Inter games, but other players are expected to be ineligible for these fixtures.
Juventus will likely be without five players when their Serie A campaign resumes with a home game against Lazio on October 19 after the international break.
Their new signing, Koopmeiners, has pulled out of the Netherlands national team due to a cracked rib, and according to Tuttosport, he won’t be available against Lazio.
The ex-Atalanta star is also in doubt for the following games against Stuttgart in the Champions League and Inter in Serie A.
Other players are currently on the treatment table at Continassa. Arkadiusz Milik has recently undergone knee surgery and will remain out of action for several weeks.
Nico Gonzalez and Vasilije Adzic are recovering from muscle injuries and Timothy Weah is dealing with an ankle issue. According to Tuttosport, they are all in doubt for the next three games after the break.
Furthermore, Juventus will be without the suspended Francisco Conceiçao against Lazio after the Portuguese received two yellow cards against Cagliari, the second one for diving, receiving a one-match ban.
