Manu Kone appears to have no issues with his international colleague Matteo Guendouzi, despite a coming together between the two players during Roma’s 2-0 derby della Capitale win over Lazio on Sunday night.
“It’s only football,” Kone wrote in an Instagram story on Monday, along with a picture of him and Guenzoudi in international action for France.
As is often expected, the Roman derby was a fiery affair on Sunday, as several players were involved in altercations during and after the match. Taty Castellanos was sent off at full-time after a big scuffle on the pitch involving most of the players.
Paulo Dybala could also be seen taunting some of the Lazio squad by reminding them of his five Serie A title wins, to Lazio’s zero in recent years.

In terms of match action, the game was effectively over after 18 minutes. Captain Lorenzo Pellegrini opened the scoring 11 minutes in, while Alexis Saelemaekers doubled the Giallorossi advantage seven minutes later.
