Former Roma attacker Justin Kluivert remembered fondly his ex-teammate and club legend, Daniele De Rossi, in an interview with Rising Ballers.

The Dutch winger – who has found success in the Premier League with Bournemouth – called De Rossi his “most important phone number.”

“De Rossi is a legend. The Italian fans will be screaming now, he is a big name. I played with him in Rome, he is a great guy,” he said.

“Sometimes he answers my stories on Instagram, a great person. He sent me a message complimenting me on what I am doing. It is a beautiful thing that I appreciate, because he is a legend but also a great person.”

“It is wonderful to have him among my contacts. His aura on a scale of 1 to 10? Eleven. Players like him are on another level.”
