The 2024/25 FA Cup final will start at 16:30pm (UK) on Saturday 17 May.

City face Crystal Palace in the showpiece event at Wembley Stadium, seeking to win an eighth FA Cup in our history and third under Pep Guardiola.

It is our third successive appearance in the FA Cup final, having won the 2023 edition against Manchester United before a defeat to our cross-city rivals last season.

After four League Cup triumphs in a row between 2018 and 2021, this means we’re the first club ever to play in the final of both domestic cups three years running.

This marks only our fifth ever FA Cup meeting with Crystal Palace, with City winning three of the previous four in a fixture that stretches all the way back to 1921.

The final will be the third meeting between the sides this term after a 2-2 Premier League draw at Selhurst Park in December and a 5-2 league victory at the Etihad earlier this month.

We’ve reached this stage with victories over Salford City, Leyton Orient, Plymouth Argyle, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest.

Oliver Glasner’s Palace are in the final thanks to defeats of Stockport County, Doncaster Rovers, Millwall, Fulham and Aston Villa.
