Juventus nearing closer to move for Nice’s Khephren Thuram | OneFootball

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus are closing on completing a deal to sign Khephren Thuram (23) from Nice. The France international is set to move to Turin in a move worth €20m in addition to bonuses and other performance-related clauses.

Thuram has been named as a top target in midfield for Juventus as they look to bolster their options in the middle of the park following the appointment of former PSG midfielder Thiago Motta as manager. The former Bologna manager has replaced Max Allegri in the dugout at the Allianz Stadium.

The 23-year-old should refuse the interest from other clubs including Manchester United in order to complete his transfer to the Serie A club. UEFA have prevented Nice from selling players to United due to multi-club ownership rules. This has also scuppered any potential move for Jean-Clair Todibo. Thuram could complete his transfer to the Old Lady as early as this week, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
