Federico DImarco will return for Inter Milan against Cagliari, while Nicola Zalewski could also start.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Inter Milan wingback Federico Dimarco has been dealing with some ongoing fitness issues.
The 27-year-old had suffered a thigh strain at the start of March. He picked up the injury during a Serie A clash with Napoli.
That meant that Dimarco missed a number of matches heading into the international break.
However, Dimarco was able to return immediately after the break.
The Italian international started against Udinese in Inter’s first match back.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has had to think about managing Dimarco’s fitness.
That has meant that the 27-year-old has not played in matches against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia or Bayern Munich in the Champions League.,
However, reports the Gazzetta, Dimarco will be ready to feature in Inter’s next match.
The Nerazzurri host Cagliari in Serie A this weekend.
Meanwhile, reports the Gazzetta, Nicola Zalewski could start that match on the right flank.
Matteo Darmian has had to put in overtime in recent matches. The Italian international has started four matches in a row with Denzel Dumfries out with injury.
Therefore, reports the Gazzetta, Zalewski could start on the right flank to give Darmian a rest.
