Federico Dimarco is back in training ahead of Inter Milan’s Serie A clash with Cagliari, while Mehdi Taremi will return tomorrow.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews.

Inter Milan take on Cagliari in Serie A on Saturday evening.

And there have been a few fitness doubts for the Nerazzurri ahead of that match.

First of all, the availability of wingback Federico Dimarco has been up in the air.

The Italian international was part of the squad that travelled to Germany for Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich. However, he did not feature in that match due to a lack of physical condition.

Meanwhile, striker Mehdi Taremi has missed all of Inter’s matches since the international break.

According to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, wingback Federico Dimarco completed part of today’s training session with the rest of the Inter squad.

Therefore, the 27-year-old should be ready for Saturday’s match against Cagliari.

Meanwhile, striker Mehdi Taremi isn’t back yet.

However, the 32-year-old former Porto striker is planning to return to training tomorrow.

Midfielder Piotr Zielinski and wingback Denzel Dumfries, on the other hand, are not back. They worked individually as they continue to recovery from injuries.
