Inter have secured the signing of Piotr Zieliński on a free transfer from Napoli.

The 29-year-old midfielder has joined the Italian champions upon the expiration of his contract in Naples, bringing an end to months of speculation regarding his future.

The Polish international played a vital part in helping Napoli win their first Serie A title in 33 years in the 2022/23 season.

Across his eight seasons with the club since signing from Udinese in 2016, Zieliński scored 51 goals in 364 appearances across competitions.

His exit could be the first of many this summer for Napoli with both Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia being linked with moves away from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
