Inter Milan have no interest in listening to offers for Davide Frattesi in January despite interest from Serie A, the Premier League, and La Liga.
This according to Italian outlet FCInterNews. They report that the Nerazzurri would want €40-45 million for the Italian international, and would only think about a summer transfer.
Frattesi’s future has been the hot topic in Italian media for a few days now.
The strongest links with the 25-year-old have concerned Roma.
Reportedly, the Giallorossi are increasingly hopeful that they can capitalize on Frattesi’s lack of minutes by signing the former Sassuolo midfielder.
However, as FCIN note, Roma are far from the only club keen on Frattesi.
There are also teams in both the Premier League and La Liga who would definitely eye up a move for the 25-year-old if he is on the market.
Next summer, Inter may well listen to offers for Frattesi.
The Italian international cannot continue to be a backup option forever.
Frattesi particularly wants to have assurances of playing time ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Therefore, next summer could be decisive. And in that case, Inter will want to cash in to the tune of at least €40-45 million.
One way or the other, Inter are not letting go of Frattesi for a cut-price fee.
But as far as this month, the Nerazzurri are not listening to bids. They’ve made it clear that their priority is to keep the squad intact during the January window, and that includes Frattesi.
