Simone Inzaghi spoke immediately after last night’s 3-2 win in the Serie A over Monza. The Nerazzurri came from two goals down to win all three points.

Samuele Birindelli gave Monza the lead in the 32nd minute. Former Inter Milan and Lazio winger Keita Balde doubled the visitors lead in the 44th minute.

However, two minutes later Marko Arnautovic halved the deficit. In the second half, Hakan Calhanoglu equalized in the 64th minute.

This was the former AC Milan midfielder’s 50th goal in the Serie A.

Subsequently, in the 77th minute Inter Milan took what was to become the match-winning goal. At first, it looked like Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez had scored the winner.

However, the goal was adjudged as an own-goal. Giorgos Kyriakopoulos was noted down as the culprit.
