With the form they have displayed so far this season, there is no doubt that FC Barcelona is one of the teams to keep an eye on. The Blaugranes are still fighting for all the titles, and with their form, it would not be too far-fetched to bet on them winning all of these big titles at the end of the season.

This was definitely the opinion of the young winger Lamine Yamal, who recently talked about his team’s chances of winning the treble, and believed the Catalan team is the favorite to win the UEFA Champions League.

However, as SPORT has reported, Fermin Lopez took a more prudent approach when talking about his team’s chances of winning the treble this season.

While admitting that Barcelona have the chance of winning everything, the midfielder still did not see his team as the favorites for these titles at this point in time:

“I don’t see us as favorites or anything like that. We know we have a lot of chances because it’s clear from the team we have, how we play, and what we convey. We can win any title.”

The La Masia graduate also highlighted how the presence of other academy-trained talents like him in the first team gives them an advantage:

“We’re a very young group. Many of us know each other from the academy, and that shows on the field. With the club’s current situation and everything, we’ve been given the opportunity as young players, and it’s a dream for all of us. It’s no coincidence that we’re competing at the top in all competitions.”

With their form up to now, it is easy to get carried away and see themselves as the favorites to win everything. However, Fermin Lopez was wise to remain prudent, as Barcelona still have a lot of work to do before they actually get their hands on a trophy.
