The 2025/26 pre-season is starting – be there live with FC Bayern TV PLUS!
The start of training is around the corner, with head coach Vincent Kompany set to welcome his team back at Säbener Straße from the end of July. The competitive action begins on 16 August, when the defending German champions visit DFB Cup winners VfB Stuttgart in the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup. FC Bayern will also be playing a number of friendlies as part of their preparations for the new season – and you can watch them LIVE thanks to fcbayern.com! Get an idea of how Bayern are starting pre-season on Saturday 2 August from 15:30, live and exclusively on FC Bayern TV PLUS. The French club, whose squad includes ex-Bayern man Corentin Tolisso, finished sixth in Ligue 1 last season. Tickets for the match at the Allianz Arena can be purchased HERE.
The Reds will then welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Allianz on 7 August for the Telekom Cup 2025. Kick-off against the Europa League winners is at 18:30. The match will be broadcast live on FC Bayern TV PLUS for all subscribers. Tickets can also be ordered HERE.
Then it’s off to Switzerland, where Bayern will take on Grasshopper Club in a friendly. The clash against the Swiss Super League side kicks off at 18:00 on 12 August at the Stadion Letzigrund in Zurich, and will be shown live and exclusively on FC Bayern TV PLUS (except in Switzerland). Bayern will travel to face fan club ‘Red Eagles Austria’ from Imst, Austria on 23 August 2025 (kick-off 15:00) for the 13th Dream Match, celebrating the club’s 125th anniversary. The meeting in Tyrol comes one day after the Bundesliga opener against RB Leipzig and will available to watch live and for free on all FC Bayern channels.
FC Bayern Women also have a few friendlies lined up before their competitive opener against VfL Wolfsburg in the Supercup on 30 August. New head coach José Barcala takes charge of his first match against FC Zürich on 15 August (17:00). His team then head to Austria for a training camp between 17 and 21 August, which will be rounded off by a friendly against Real Madrid on 21 August (16:00) at the FC Bayern Campus.
