On Sunday night, FC Barcelona were held to a 1-1 draw by Rayo Vallecano away at Estadio de Vallecas. The Blaugrana were outplayed by their hosts and could have lost if not for the outstanding performance of summer signing Joan Garcia in goal.
Manager Hansi Flick made it clear after the game that he was far from happy with what he saw from his players at the weekend.
As reported earlier, he held an important conversation with the squad right after the game, during which he pointed out the mistakes that were made.
Now, Q’ue Thi Jugues has come forward with more details about the meeting that took place between Flick and the Barcelona players after the 1-1 draw against Rayo Vallecano.
As per the report, the German tactician is worried about the team’s attitude. As such, he spent more time than usual locked in the dressing room after the match, speaking with his players for 25 minutes.

The talk was not tense but rather quiet and calm, yet the fact remains that he believes his team is not as committed as last season.
Furthermore, Flick warned the team that if they do not play at 100 per cent, titles will not be won.
The Barça head coach is concerned about this start to the season and believes the Fermin Lopez situation has distracted both the midfielder and the entire dressing room.
There were already some concerns after the disappointing second-half showing against Mallorca and the slow start vs Levante.
Now, the performance vs Rayo Vallecano has further worried the manager, who is clear that his players must get their act together after the international break or run the risk of not winning any trophies.
