A quartet of up-and-coming young talents at La Liga giants Barcelona were afforded call-ups to the club’s first-team training session on Tuesday.
This comes amid ongoing preparations for Barca’s return to action this weekend.
With the international break now inching towards an imminent close, the attentions of those behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital have begun to turn towards Sunday evening.
Fresh off a flawless opening to the campaign, the Blaugrana are set to make the short trip to the Estadi Montilivi, for a La Liga showdown with neighbours Girona.
And, as alluded to above, on Tuesday, four members of the club’s youth setup were afforded a chance to impress with a view to the clash.
The quartet in question? As per Mundo Deportivo, defender Landry Farré , fellow stopper Alexis Olmedo, midfielder Noah Darvich, and attacker Toni Fernández.
The latter’s inclusion is of particular note, with Toni, at just 16, fresh off establishing himself as the youngest goalscorer in the history of Barca Atlètic.
