There is some good news for Roma following their 4-0 friendly defeat to Aston Villa, as Evan N’Dicka has avoided a serious injury.
The Giallorossi were swept aside in last night’s pre-season outing and had more worries on top of the result for coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

N’Dicka had been ruled out of the match by a muscular problem that he had sustained during the opening minutes of another friendly match against RC Lens and there were fears of a lesion.
However, Il Tempo report that tests performed today showed there was no significant damage to the muscle in the right thigh.
It means the defender should be back in action fairly soon, once the pre-season tour of the UK has been completed.
Matias Soulé had also limped off during that 2-0 victory over Lens last week with a sprained right ankle, but again the injury does not appear to be particularly serious for the Argentina international.
