Ghilardi, El Aynaoui to start in Roma-Bologna | OneFootball

Gian Piero Gasperini is preparing the line-up for tonight’s Serie A opener.

The Giallorossi will face Bologna in a packed Stadio Olimpico.

The match will see plenty of new faces as Gasperini is expected to rely on some of the club’s newest signings.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Neil El Aynaoui will feature in the midfield, behind Evan Ferguson.

In the aftermath of Leon Bailey’s injury and Paulo Dybala still not being 100% fit, El Aynaoui will play further up the pitch.

In the meantime, Daniele Ghilardi is favored to start over Mario Hermoso in defense, alongside Gianluca Mancini and Evan Ndicka.
