The future of Anass Salah-Eddine remains uncertain.

Arrived in January from Twente for a total figure of 10 million euros, bonuses included, the Dutchman has not yet found space or continuity, neither in the Giallorossi club nor with his national team.

In the Under 21 European Championship he played only one match, against Denmark in the group stage, deployed out of position as a central midfielder, without leaving his mark.

From that moment on he remained on the bench, confirming a season of anonymity even at the international level. A fate similar to the one experienced in the Capital, where he collected just three appearances between mid-February and early March, and then disappeared from the team’s radar.

The player will now be evaluated by Gian Piero Gasperini in preseason, writes Corriere dello Sport.

The manager will determine whether to keep the player at his disposal, send him on loan or sell him.

Salah-Eddine could therefore become one of the names to monitor not only from a technical point of view, but also from a strategic perspective on the market.
