As per VoetbalPrimeur, Feyenoord have signed 15-year-old midfielder Lorenc Perlala, from the youth academy of De Graafschap. The teenager signed a contract this week until the summer of 2028 and will join Feyenoord Under-16.
“The transition to a top club like Feyenoord feels like the right step for me to develop further,” Perlala said in conversation with his new club. “Thanks to the great facilities at Varkenoord and the skilled coaching staff, I have a lot of confidence in that. I can’t wait to show everyone what I’ve got.”
The transfer of Perlala, who has both Dutch and Albanian nationality, had been in the air for a while. At the beginning of June, De Gelderlander already announced that the teenager would leave for Feyenoord.
In addition, teammate Xavi Hak also left for De Kuip. The 14-year-old striker made a big impression with Oranje U15 and came on the radar of several top clubs before Feyenoord signed him.
