Turkish media Takvim reports that José Mourinho’s Fenerbahce are interested in Fiorentina defender Cristiano Biraghi and have already opened talks with the 32-year-old.
Fenerbahce want to sign Fiorentina left-back Biraghi, according to a report from Takvim in Turkey.
The experienced defender’s contract runs out in June, but Mourinho and Fenerbahce plan to sign the Italy international in the January transfer window.

According to the report, preliminary discussions have already begun, and Mourinho is constantly in contact with the club’s management to advance negotiations.
If Fenerbahce complete the deal in January, Biraghi will reunite with his ex-Fiorentina teammate Sofyan Amrabat.
Biraghi is the Fiorentina captain but has lost his starting status since new Viola coach Raffaele Palladino switched to a four-man defence, promoting Robin Gosens to the starting left-back position.
Biraghi has made 12 appearances across all competitions this season, grabbing one goal and one assist.
He has played 314 games in Serie A, scoring 15 goals and providing 38 assists.
