Fan Engagement Plan for 2025/26 published | OneFootball

Today the Club has published its third Fan Engagement Plan.

City Matters operates as the Club’s formal fan engagement programme. It exists to provide a structured forum for Manchester City fans to engage with senior Club representatives in a constructive manner, in an environment where ideas and feedback can be shared and discussed, relating to topics which directly impact the fan experience.

City Matters representatives have voted Lee Broadstock, LGBTQ+ Representative as Chair of the group along with Kevin Parker who continues as Vice Chair.

We also welcome five new representatives; you can find their profiles and contact details here.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex Howell (under 25s), Mohammed Ullah (Black, Asian & Mixed Heritage), Jayne Comer (Women’s) and Dan Bowdler (families) for their contributions and support whilst representing fans over the last four seasons.
