Manchester United and PSG have been linked as a potential destination for Christopher Nkunku, who looks increasingly likely to leave Chelsea after a disappointing spell in London.
The French forward arrived at Chelsea from RB Leipzig in 2023 in a £52 million deal, but a string of injuries and stiff competition for places have limited his impact. With questions growing around his future, speculation about a potential transfer is picking up steam.
Journalist Ben Jacobs previously reported that PSG considered a reunion with Nkunku earlier this year but ultimately decided against it. Bayern Munich also passed on a January move, though Christian Falk of Sport Bild recently noted the German club could reignite their interest this summer.
Chelsea are said to be open to selling if a suitable offer comes in, as they look to recover a large chunk of their initial outlay. For many, the transfer is already being viewed as an expensive misstep.

On Tuesday, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Nkunku’s exit from Chelsea this summer seems almost inevitable.
The information reveals that the Frenchman is looking for more playing time, and several top clubs have shown interest behind the scenes. Chelsea have been open to selling him since January, so more talks are expected soon.
This month, L’Équipe reported that Nkunku is expected to cost between €35 million and €40 million this summer. Bayern Munich are among the few clubs Nkunku would be open to joining, but there haven’t been any concrete talks yet.
Manchester United and Inter Milan have recently made inquiries, while Bayern Munich remain interested. However, they are currently focused on other priorities.
