Joaquin Correa is the favourite over Marko Arnautovic to start in attack for Inter Milan in Sunday’s Serie A match against Udinese.

Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has a bit of a selection headache ahead of his team’s first match back from the March international break.

Nerazzurri captain Lautaro Martinez picked up a thigh problem during the break.

Therefore, the Argentine will not be part of the Inter squad for Sunday’s return to Serie A action. Inter host Udinese in their first match back.

On the other hand, Marcus Thuram will certainly be fit and firing. The Frenchman took the opportunity to improve his condition over the break after an ankle problem had held him back in recent weeks.

The big question has concerned who will start alongside Thuram.

And according to the Corriere, Inter coach Inzaghi has made up his mind.

Former Lazio and Sevilla forward Joaquin Correa will partner Thuram in attack, reports the newspaper.

The Argentine has hardly been a regular starter this season.

However, Correa has made his contribution. He has started a handful of Serie A matches, most notable against Hellas Verona, also alongside Marcus Thuram.

Marko Arnautovic presents another option for Inzaghi.

However, the former Bologna and West Ham United striker has been away with Austria during the international break.

Correa, on the other hand, has used the break to work with the coach in training.
