Done deals: Every Serie A transfer completed on August 21

Milan have completed the sale of Switzerland international Noah Okafor to Leeds United and are on the verge of signing Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen, while Inter are expected to welcome Andy Diouf to San Siro on Friday.
Here is a look back at all the completed transfers and done deals in Serie A on Thursday.
One of the biggest Serie A transfers of the day was the sale of Noah Okafor from Milan to newly-promoted Premier League side Leeds United for a total package of €21m including bonuses, officially announced on Thursday morning.

Then, at the end of the evening, Juventus officially confirmed the transfer of Douglas Luiz to Nottingham Forest, who has left on an initial season-long loan deal with a probable obligation to buy. The Bianconeri are expected to raise a total of €31.5m if the deal is made permanent, including the loan fee and bonuses.

Elsewhere in Serie A on Thursday, Antonio Sanabria has left Torino to join newly-promoted Cremonese on a permanent basis.
Gaetano Castrovilli has officially left Lazio in order to join Bari in Serie B in what has been reported as a free transfer.
Though not officially completed on Thursday, Milan have now reached a full agreement for Nigeria international Victor Boniface, while Inter have a deal in place with Ligue 1 side Lens for Andy Diouf. Both players are expected to travel to the city of Milan on Friday.
