“I really like this position because I’m in constant contact with the ball, I touch it a lot, the game flows through me. I feel more comfortable, and I’ve learned how to position myself better defensively.”

Moreover, he spoke about what Hansi Flick wanted him to accomplish as part of Barça’s midfield:

“He told me that he wanted me to dominate the midfield.”
