Cristante projected to stay at Roma with Gasperini in charge | OneFootball

Bryan Cristante could soon enter his eighth season at Roma.

Only Lorenzo Pellegrini and Stephan El Shaarawy have been longer part of the capital club than the number 4 midfielder.

According to Corriere dello Sport, despite having been linked with an exit from the Giallorossi this coming summer, Cristante’s fate could change with the imminent arrival of Gian Piero Gasperini.

The 67-year-old technician is largely responsible for Cristante’s ascent at Atalanta which enabled his move to Roma in 2018.

As a result, with Gasperini coming in as Roma’s new head coach, Cristante is currently predicted to remain in the Italian capital.
