This morning’s edition of Corriere della Sera has some interesting transfer updates, including one on the potential sale of Noah Okafor.
According to today’s edition of the paper (via Reddit), some news has arrived in view of the January transfer window. First of all, denials have come from Milan regarding reported interested in Monza’s Bondo and Hellas Verona’s Reda Belahyane.
The stance of the directors is clear: they are waiting for Ismael Bennacer to return to the squad before making further considerations about midfield needs, and the latest suggests that the Algerian could even be back playing before the end of 2024.
Technical director Geoffrey Moncada will not turn down offers for Luka Jović, who is already excluded from the Champions League squad list and is currently out of action after having a surgery to hopefully correct persistent lower back pain.

The surprise is that the management would also listen to offers for Noah Okafor. The Swiss forward hasn’t really found a place in the squad because he has – in the eyes of the paper – ‘ultimately proven to be ineffective both as Leão’s backup and as an alternative to Morata’.
Milan paid less than €15m to sign him from Red Bull Salzburg so they could potentially be eyeing a capital gain, though there would be question marks about who could step up to replace him.
