Como join RB Leipzig in the race to sign Celtic star Nicolas Kühn | OneFootball

Como have joined the race to sign Celtic’s Nicolas Kühn. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, negotiations between the two clubs have already taken place as the Italian side look to add further reinforcements following the arrival of Martin Baturina.

It’s a blow to RB Leipzig who are also in advanced talks to sign Kühn, as reported via our colleagues at Get German Football News. The 25-year-old has spent just one season in Scotland but scored 10 goals and provided eight assists in 28 league games as Brendan Rodgers’ side went on to lift the Scottish Premiership.

Leipzig had shown an interest in signing Kühn prior to the appointment of Ole Werner, but now that the Saxony club have a head coach in place, that could speed up negotiations as the Bundesliga side – who missed out on European football – look to strengthen their squad for the upcoming campaign.
