PSG and Chelsea have been linked with Victor Osimhen since last year. As a result, with the summer transfer window approaching, speculation around the striker’s future is ramping up.

According to a recent report from GIVE ME SPORT, Manchester United are becoming increasingly concerned about PSG’s growing interest, with the French side now viewed as the frontrunner to sign the 26-year-old.

The Parisians are reportedly ready to meet both Osimhen’s wage demands and his £63 million release clause, giving them a financial edge. The report also notes that United and Chelsea now consider PSG their main competition in the race for his signature.

According to Football Transfers, Chelsea are set to hold key talks with representatives of Osimhen — currently on loan at Galatasaray — as they look to reach a compromise on his wage demands. If a deal can’t be reached, Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins and Liam Delap are also being considered as alternatives.

Corriere dello Sport reports that Juventus are preparing an €85 million offer to try and sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli. The Nigerian striker has a €75 million release clause, but it only applies to clubs outside of Italy.

Meanwhile, TBR Football recently claimed that Liverpool have identified Osimhen as one of two key targets to strengthen their No. 9 position this summer. The outlet’s chief correspondent, Graeme Bailey, added that Liverpool have already taken steps behind the scenes toward a potential move.

Osimhen is reportedly keen on a switch to the Premier League. This stance gives English clubs a potential advantage in the race for his signature. Still, Napoli reportedly remain firm on their valuation and have no plans to lower their asking price.
