Inter are forced to use Alessandro Bastoni as a more advanced wing-back during an injury crisis in the Champions League Round of 16 trip to Feyenoord.
It kicks off at the De Kuip Stadium at 17.45 GMT.
The decider will be at San Siro on Tuesday March 11 and there is no away goals rule now in UEFA competition.
The Nerazzurri finished in the top eight of the league phase and are the only Italian representative left in the Champions League.
However, Inter are decimated by injuries ruling out Federico Dimarco, Carlos Augusto, Nicola Zalewski and Matteo Darmian.
That is almost all their wing-backs, leaving only Denzel Dumfries, so central defender Bastoni is sacrificed in a more advanced role to retain the 3-5-2 formation.
Marcus Thuram has shaken off a muscular issue to start with Lautaro Martinez, but Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and goalkeeper Yann Sommer are not 100 per cent fit.
Joaquin Correa is unavailable due to UEFA restrictions.

Feyenoord are on their third coach of the season, as Robin van Persie made his debut with a 0-0 draw against NEC Nijmegen on Saturday.
They sacked Brian Priske on February 10 and eliminated Milan in the play-offs under caretaker manager Pascal Bosschaart.
Impressive Givairo Read is suspended, but the injury list has been lengthy for months now, with the season over for Justin Bijlow, Quinten Timber and Bart Nieuwkoop.
Also still out are Calvin Stengs, Antoni Milambo, Ramiz Zerrouki, Chris-Kevin Nadje, Facundo Gonzalez, Jordan Lotomba, In-beom Hwang and Gernot Trauner, with Ayase Ueda and Jakub Moder not fully fit.
Others like Quilindschy Hartman, Oussama Targhalline and Stephano Carrillo are not on the UEFA list.
Igor Paixao scored the early goal against Milan here, while Hadj Moussa impressed over both legs of that play-off.
Ex-Fiorentina defender David Hancko has been repeatedly linked with a move to Juventus.
These sides met in the UEFA Cup semi-finals in April 2002, drawing 2-2 in Rotterdam and Feyenoord winning 1-0 away to eliminate Inter.
