Separated by one point in the standings, the final will pit the first and second-placed teams during the regular season.

CF Monterrey Femenil is the reigning and defending champion after collecting its third league title, winning the Clausura 2024 tournament. A victory would be the fourth crown and the first time the club has been champion in consecutive seasons.

Rayadas finished first overall in the table with a 13W-3D-1L record and 42 points. Lucía García scored to help the team advance past Toluca, 1-1 on aggregate, as the higher seed in the quarterfinals. The champions secured a return to the final after a 7-1 win on aggregate over CF Pachuca Femenil in the semifinals.

Monterrey earned a 3-nil win in the first leg at Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca. Diana García scored in the 9’, followed by Rebeca Bernal in the 59’ and a second from García in the 77’.

The team continued its offensive display in the second leg with a 4-1 win at Estadio BBVA in the Monterrey area. Christina Burkenroad scored in the 5’ to further the lead on aggregate. Charlyn Corral, the season’s top scorer, answered for the Tuzas in the 45’ to cut the deficit.

Lucía García scored in the 59’, and Jermaine Seoposenwe added her name to the scoresheet in the 62’ to cut off any thoughts of a comeback. Rebeca Bernal converted a penalty kick in the 90’+3 to put a bow on the victory.

Six-time Liga MX Femenil winners Tigres UANL Femenil is seeking a record-extending seventh championship and first since the Apertura 2023 season. The team finished second in the standings with a 13W-2D-2L record and 41 points.

After a 7-1 win on aggregate against Pumas UNAM in the quarterfinals, Las Amazonas outlasted Club América with a 3-3 aggregate in the semifinals, advancing as the higher seed. Thembi Kgatlana scored in the 17’ to help the club gain a 1-1 result in the first leg at Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes in Mexico City.

The clubs played to a 2-2 draw in the second leg at Estadio Universitario. Kgatlana scored in the 38’, followed by Jacqueline Ovalle in the 59’ to seemingly all but seal the series. Montse Saldivar would respond for the visitors in the 73’ and Sarah Luebbert followed in the 81’ to have América dreaming of a comeback, but the Tigres defense held on to send the club to a 10th finals appearance.
